The hotel was in a good location just off parks and restaurants. The staff was courteous, and the service was EXCELLENT. The room itself was neat and functional with an updated bathroom, the fridge plus Netflix provided.

Had nice stay on our next Toowoomba visit, the staff were really friendly, location was ideal pretty close to town center. We had great food for breakfast at very reasonable prices: )

I recently stayed at a hotel located amongst many surrounding shops in a busy shopping area. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms that were equipped with a modern bathroom. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette and the comfortable bed. Additionally, the staff provided great service and there were a few treats in the fridge, which was a nice touch.

All was fine during my stay.

The hotel is located in a busy shopping area, surrounded by many shops, which makes it convenient for shopping and exploring. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and offer good space, with a double bed plus a single bed for extra comfort. The basic amenities provided, such as a microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea making facilities, are a nice touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Had a great time at a motel during Easter. The room had the best pillows and comfortable beds, which made resting and sleeping very easy. The fridge had free articles which were most appreciated, and the hotel was located close to town, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was quite small, and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear the noise from the next room. , the configuration of the room was not what I had booked, which made it hard to accommodate my family.

This budget accommodation is pretty close to everything in town, with a convenient location amidst surrounding shops. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. There is off-street parking in front of the hotel, free wifi, and a microwave in the room, all at very affordable rates.

I had a fantastic stay at the comfortable and convenient Downs Motel. The location was perfect, close to the CBD and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a great night's sleep in the very comfy beds. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Despite being a busy area, the motel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful experience. The late check-in and early checkout were seamlessly handled by the helpful and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

I must say, though, that some of the bathrooms were a little dated. However, I understand that the hotel is gradually upgrading them, which shows their commitment to improving the overall guest experience.
